Many people think the HJ journey started in 2016 when the doors to our cafe opened, truth is; this journey began years beforehand when a vision board was created by owner Jemma at the age of eighteen.
In 2015, Jem began collecting sketches of cafe spaces, food and coffee which filled a vision board in her bedroom. There were even pics of clothing- but well get back to that soon..
Cups, plates and cafe decor filled shelves in the garage without realising that in only a few months, the doors to her dream cafe would become a reality.
Colourful (and of course delicious) menu items, RUBY LITTLE coffee and our super friendly staff are what makes Hidden Jem special. We love getting to know our customers while serving great quality food + coffee.
Its been a whirlwind journey ever since, and now three years on, we are excited to announce the launch of “Hidden Jem the Label”. We are all for visiting cafes for brunch in comfy, quirky outfits (its all for the gram right?) so thats why we created our line of simple, staple items that make mixing + matching super easy + unique. Our clothing is made with care right here in Sydney ! We put loads of love and energy into making each item at its finest quality.
